Leeuwenkamp Architecten processes personal data as referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Leeuwenkamp Architecten deals with all personal data in a responsible manner, as explained below in this privacy statement.

Leeuwenkamp Architecten acts through the companies Leeuwenkamp Advies B.V. (Chamber of Commerce: 37049462), Bouwadvies Leeuwenkamp (Chamber of Commerce: 93867069), Leeuwenkamp Architecten B.V. (Chamber of Commerce: 3704262) and Varnebroek Beheer BV (37051973). These companies are the joint controller regarding the processing of your personal data. Personal Data

Leeuwenkamp Architecten processes your personal data when you make use of our services and/or because you yourself have provided us with this personal data. We process the following personal data of website visitors:

  • IP address
  • Cookie ID
  • Preferences
  • Internet behaviour
  • Behaviour on our website

We use the following personal data of business contacts and clients:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Bank account number

We also process the following information from job applicants:

  • CV content, including education history and work experience
  • Content of the cover/motivation letter
  • Date of birth
  • Diplomas

Data processing purposes

Correspondence

Leeuwenkamp Architecten processes your personal data for correspondence by means of - but not limited to - letter, telephone, e-mail or social media if this is necessary for the providing of our services. We will not keep your personal data for longer than 2 years after we last had contact with you, unless you enter into a contract with us. In that case the retention period of the contract applies.

Services

What happens when an agreement has been made for our services? We will process your data to prepare a suitable offer, and for the performance of the contract. In that case we will retain your personal data for at least 5 years and up to 7 years after the end of the financial year, in connection with our fiscal retention obligations. 

As part of our service, we can apply for a permit for you. If you authorise us to do this for you, we will also be sharing your personal data with third parties, like the local authority. We will inform you about this in advance.  

Autodesk Construction Cloud

As part of our service, we will provide you with access to the Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will need a username and password for this access. We will register your telephone number and the company you work for. Your account will be maintained until you have closed the project, or until you have your account removed.

Website traffic

We measure the website traffic by means of cookies. We have a legitimate commercial interest in measuring and reading out the statistics. This information will be retained for a maximum of 2 years. 

In addition, we and our marketing partners, like Google, use marketing cookies on our website. We ask for your consent for these cookies by means of a cookie banner. This information will be retained for a maximum of 2 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Leeuwenkamp Architecten will only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or to perform our legal obligations, or if you have given consent for such.

For our services we make use of the services of:

  • IT service providers (like the hosting party and the website builder)
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Our CRM system
  • Our cookie partners (see at the bottom of this privacy statement)
  • Our accountant
  • External service providers we engage (like a builder or an installation adviser)
  • Our marketing partners

As part of our service, you may ask us to share your documents with the design team or the local authority, e.g. for a permit application. We will only do so on your instruction. We will not sell your data. 

We have (processing) agreements with the organisations with which we share personal data. In these processing agreements we agree with the organisation that they guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. 

We will not process your data outside of the European Economic Area, unless we can be certain that a sufficient and appropriate level of protection is provided.

Your privacy rights

You have the right of access to, and rectification and erasure of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing, to restrict the processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Leeuwenkamp Architecten. You also have the right to receive or transmit data in a commonly used format (data portability). You can send a request in this respect to management@leeuwenkamp.nl. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at latest within four weeks.

We will do everything we can to help and inform you, if you have questions. If you are not satisfied, please contact us, we will be happy to help.

In addition, you always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

How we secure personal data

Leeuwenkamp Architecten takes the protection of your data seriously and takes suitable measures to combat misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and unauthorised changes. For example, we have secured our website by means of TLS. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or if there are indications of misuse, please contact us.

Cookies

Leeuwenkamp Architecten uses functional and analytics cookies and in some cases marketing cookies on its website. 

Functional cookies are mandatory cookies. The website will not work properly without these cookies. Google places analytics cookies on the website as part of the ‘Google Analytics service’. Leeuwenkamp Architecten uses this service to keep track of visitor behaviour and to improve our website and service. We have a legitimate commercial interest in doing so. In accordance with the regulations of the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Leeuwenkamp Architecten has set up Google Analytics to be privacy-friendly. 

In some cases we place marketing cookies, e.g. Google marketing cookies. We and our cookie partners can use these cookies to personalise ads and follow your behaviour on the internet. Google is an American company that is affiliated with the Data Privacy Framework, which assures an appropriate level of protection. Marketing cookies will only be used, after your given consent.

If you wish, you can refuse the use of cookies by choosing the appropriate settings in your browser. You can also opt to turn off analytics cookies in the cookie banner in the bottom left corner of your screen. As of that time your personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.
